After 22 years in the military, and another full career in senior leadership roles in the healthcare sector I am ideally placed and experienced to support your organisation to grow and prosper. Driven by achieving exceptional results PEAR work with organisations to ensure optimum delivery of services across all industry sectors, but with a specialist focus in healthcare. We look at your organisational culture and senior staff leadership styles to see if they work together to positively impact performance. If there is a disconnect (which invariably there is!) we can support development of individuals and teams in their leaderships skills and also review the expected behaviours and attitudes to see if this is the culture you wish to aspire to. When conjoined together your team or organisation will have the edge on others that means you will excel in achieving your goals and objectives.
With proven experience in healthcare in the UK NHS and the Middle East I have been at the forefront of strategic development and operational delivery for many years.
My individualised, positive approach will help you, and your organisation, to achieve goals and ambitions.
I have a doctorate in Business Administration specialising in how culture and leadership are linked to improve performance, specifically in the healthcare sector but also directly relevant to other industry sectors.
As well as my doctorate I have a Masters in Healthcare Management, a Masters in Advanced Business Research and I also have a level 8 diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management.
I am a Chartered Manager, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, Certified Change Manager, Certified 6-sigma Black Belt, Member of the UK Association for Coaching, have a Certificate in Personal Coaching, a CMI Award at Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring, and a Diploma in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
